"How can you have any pudding if you won't eat your meat?"
Some random end-of-semester delioques, as Dr. Barker would say
Pwned some finals today - particularly Science in Perspective. Why you ask? Because we didn't have to take it. Dr. Petcher said the studying was enough. I love it when professors desire to grade less coincides with our desire not to take finals.Somehow I've developed a taste for Krystals this semester - those little onion-covered, condiment-soaked carbohydrate bombs. Now the question I have is, are they really made out of soy? Not according to this thread on (gasp!) Livejournal.
Another thing: I was down getting my oil changed today when I read a poster that said something about making sure to use gas at the octane value recommended by your car's manufacturer. I didn't even know it was possible to use less. Is this one of those things that car people do to trick the rest of us, or am I slowly sucking life out of my Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight (it was my grandmother's car) by using the cheapo fuel every time?
Finally: is it possible to do CGI scripting on Covblogs? I was thinking it would be great to revive the old Good or Bad polls they had at the (defunct) Brunching Shuttlecocks. Furthermore, does anyone know how to do CGI scripting? Or, even better, know of a good guide.
P.S. I succumbed to the SiteMeter free web stats craze. My little counter of curiosity resides unobtrustively, all the way at the bottom of the page.
