Rejoice with me!

I got my loan forbearance approved by EdFinancial on the grounds of nat'l community service. So things look good on that front for now - I just need to pay the interest as it accrues, or else it'll be capitalized into my loan amount at the end of my time here. And even that wouldn't be too bad, considering the $5000 ed award which would offset it.

Here's how I'm feeling right now: (I always wanted to hear this song as an offertory in church sometime; S & G have their moments of transcendence.)

My eyes hurt though. Ugh - does anyone know if dark circles ever go away?

Also, here's a song which "Weird Al" Yankovic released this year, the well-deserved doppelganger for everyone's most-hated most-overplayed radio song of early '06, "You're Beautiful." It was going to be on his 11-millionth album, Straight Outta Lynwood, but the original artist's label objected. So he released on the Internet for free. Ah, it is indeed a brave new world.
