bloglines question

Does anyone know why some Xanga blogs have recently-updated RSS feeds and some don't? For a serious Bloglines user like me, who doesn't want to have to go to another site like Xanga, it's highly inconvenient.

I just organized all my Bloglines feeds into folders, finally. Now I'm starting to go about adding all the people that I know to my feeds, as well as more news, theology, writing, and intellectual blogs - not to mention things I'll need for my new job as a web-savvy urban ministry person. Good things are happening, I think. Praise the Lord for that.
